It’s THIRSTY THURSDAY! I’m just wrapping up a 7 day water challenge with some friends of mine, and really focusing on getting an optimal amount of water in. It’s amazing what it can do for energy, digestion, and skin. Being properly hydrated makes our bodies happy. But that’s not what I want to share today. Today is all about SMOOTHIES! I LOVE smoothies, especially as the weather begins to heat up again. It’s a great way to have a refreshing snack or meal that is full of nutrition. I want to share with you one of my favorite current recipes!
