Do you enjoy a nice, cold, sweet treat but wish you could find something that is a little healthier than ice cream?
Secret weapon – frozen bananas!!!! (Okay, I guess it is NOT so secret anymore!)
Quick treat for 2 people (or 1 really hungry person):
2 frozen bananas cut into chunks (I always keep peeled, frozen bananas on hand – they are delicious in smoothies)
2-3 tbsp PB2
1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (adjust as needed for creamy texture)
Just add all the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy! Enjoy immediately!
