I made this mint shake often in March as a healthy substitute of that fast-food milkshake that is so popular for St. Patrick’s Day. But really, one can never go wrong with a mint shake for dessert any time of the year, especially one that is nutrient packed!

1cup baby spinach
1 to 1.5 cups almond milk
1/2 – 1 cup ice cubes
1-2 scoops Shaklee Vanilla Vitalizing Protein
1/4 tsp mint extract
1/2 – 1 frozen banana
Blend it all up until smooth, put in mason jar with a fun straw, and enjoy!
